The June 2014 wallpaper brings vibrant natural spring colors to your desktop.

Springtime is undoubtedly one of the best periods in Sweden. When the country has defrosted and the snow and ice has melted you can enjoy the burst of colors in nature. Spring came early this year due to a mild winter.

The photo was taken early May this year in a park at Södermalm in Stockholm.

Just a few days late, but here is the June 2013 wallpaper.

Summer has arrived in Sweden with temperatures reaching 25 degrees (C) and that makes us thirsty. When we are thirsty we drink Ramlösa, the best sparkling mineral water from the north. And when the can is empty… we photograph it and make a wallpaper out of it! Enjoy!

In five days, on June 6th, we will celebrate the Swedish national day, previously known as the Swedish flag day. Therefore the June 2012 wallpaper shows a true Swedish sight.

The photo was taken from Skeppsholmen in central Stockholm viewing the old city (Gamla Stan) in early morning sun light.

Wow… another month has passed and it is already the 1st of June, so I owe you a new wallpaper. Here it is!

Last week I spent a few days on the east-coast of Sweden, 150km north of Stockholm. I visited the fishing village Grisslehamn and the neighboring island Singö.

In front of Singö lies the small island Svartklubben (The Black Club) with on it a lighthouse surrounded by typical Swedish wooden red houses. It can be photographed well from Singö with a telelens.

The coming weeks I will post some more images from the trip to Grisslehamn and Singö.
